Edouard Cortes

Eduard Cortes (Edouard Henri Léon Cortès) was born on August 6, 1882, in Lagny-sur-Marne, about twenty miles east of Paris. He was an impressionist painter and was excellent at capturing the elements such as snow and rain or dark nights in city scenes.
